If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Elchavotortas Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may include talking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
